Despino’s is the place to go! The staff is friendly and responsive, while the mechanics are efficient and thorough. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and I always feel like I’m being taken care of when I walk in their shop. Highly recommend!

Brought van in because it was pulling to the right when I hit the brakes. Had a complete front end brake job done. Told the issue wasn't fixed and they couldnt fix it, but the mechanic down the street could. 🤦‍♂️🙄 This had already been several days of them having my work van. Due to reasons beyond their controle. After the other mechanic fixed the pulling issue, Had an issue with one of the new calipers smoking when I stopped. Took it back, twice and they eventually replaced caliper and the smoking stopped. Was charged for labor, but not new part. Common for bad parts. Mechanic, who did the actual work was very helpful, polite and courteous. Manager/owner (?) should take some lessons from his employees. He isnt very people friendly at all. Customer service is not his forte. This was in June 2025. Went back for an alignment Feb 2026. Same manager with a crappy attitude. Same polite mechanic. Manager gave me a warning that if I did the alignment, I couldn't bring my van back after 30 days, and if I bring it back within 30 days for it swerving when I steer, he wouldn't look at it . Front end drives great again. Brakes are still fantastic. Would not recommend to my worse enem

Husband hit chunk of concrete and then scraped two tires on damaged curb. Can't fuss much as the sun, definitely making sight of roadway a challenge, was brutal. Despino's, his favorite tire place got him a set of tires to replace our two damaged tires-- helped check rims, even checked out my MIL'S vehicle I had borrowed while my vehicle was at this shop, to find small nail causing a leak. Same morning service, they called just about lunch for us to pick car up. Nice folks--Straightforward information and exemplary met expectation that all was fixed and set right with my Toyota.

I buy my tires on line and usually take them to Gateway tire like l’ve done many times before but this time Gateway wouldn’t mount them. So, I decided to try Despino’s tire and I guess the best way to describe my experience with them, is like having dinner at mama’s house lol! it was good and I left happy!! They are good down home people that are very helpful and treat everyone with respect. The next time my wife need tires or I need an alignment I’ll be going to Despino’s Tire.
